Customizability
Our commercially compostable coffee capsules, lids, and filter papers are designed for maximum customizability. GPS products are created using a high-speed co-injection machine. This equipment allows for complex shapes, varying thickness, ribbing, and unique designs, ensuring a perfect fit for each brand we work with.

Technology
Our products are made possible by our patented co-injection multi-layer technology. Each coffee capsule features two layers:
- External moisture barrier skin layer
- Internal oxygen barrier core layer
This design perfectly seals the coffee grounds or tea within the capsule just like food-grade plastic. It also:
- Creates a tougher, durable capsule
- Guarantees a shelf life of at least 24 months
- Eliminates the need for unnecessary plastic oxygen barrier packaging
The result is fresh, perfectly preserved coffee without the plastic

BPI Compostable Certification
GPS is proud to say our products are officially BPI-certified compostable. BPI-certified products have been tested and proven to completely breakdown in a commercial composting facility.
In accordance with BPI standards, our coffee capsules, lids, and filter paper fully compose within 90 days of disposal.
